THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Murmuring sustains struggling; it brings destruction.

Seeds Of Destiny For Today 2025 MESSAGE:

In recent times, the level of lack and scarcity has been increasing at an appalling dimension, especially amongst those who lack financial intelligence and those who do not engage in covenant practices. Daily, and sometimes multiple times in a day, we receive different kinds of messages from people expressing lack, scarcity, hunger and frustration.

However, the perfect plan of God for His people is existence in the realm of abundance and increase. And to confirm this, we have heard at the same time, testimonies of strange supernatural supplies during the Commanding the Day Midnight Prayer, and in other church services. We have seen many billionaire children of God walking in the realm of financial abundance amid endemic hostile economic climate. This is to confirm what the Scripture says in Job 22:29, When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is a lifting up; and he shall save the humble person.

The truth is, nothing works by chance; there are secrets or principles behind whatever is working.

In our studies today, we shall be looking at two of those secrets. That is what to do if we must walk in financial abundance.

1. Possess vision – vision for increase, vision of plenty. (Genesis 13:14-15).
The extent of your vision determines the extent of your provision. Proverbs 21:5 says, The thoughts of the diligent tend only to plenteousness; but of every one that is hasty only to want.

Let your vision be beyond survival. Do not let your vision be just about driving a new car, having a new house, or new clothes. Let your thoughts be about impacting a generation if not generations. Let it be about how you can eliminate unemployment for thousands of people. Your prayer should be, “Lord I am looking for money not because I just want to be called a billionaire but because I want to setup factories and industries that will employ people. I want to advance your kingdom.

Those who do not have any vision, when money enters their hands, the first thing on their mind is how to get a new dress, the latest iPhone, car or house. And they pursue money like Esau, kill it and eat it. They would get hundreds of millions now, maybe from a contract, blow it up until everything finishes, and then begin to pursue another contract. What a waste of life!

When you don’t have a vision for your life, you would run other people’s race; what people do determines what you want to do. You see people enroll their children in an American international school, and you must kill yourself to also enroll your children there by all means even though the school fee is beyond your earning capacity.

2. Be grateful. Only great fools are not grateful. Appreciation brings multiplication (Jeremiah 30:19). In John 6:10, the bread and fishes multiplied as Jesus gave thanks. You may not be where you want to be yet, but it is possible you are not where you used to be. So, give thanks to God. The fact that there is breath in your nostril is enough reason to give thanks. Remember, To him that is joined to all the living there is hope(Ecclesiastes 9:4). That is, so long as there is life, there is hope. Nobody in the graveyard is talking about getting married.
Be grateful. When your salary comes, and you say, “What is this? This little money again?”, you have killed it already; you killed its potential. Murmuring sustains struggling; it brings destruction (1Corinthians 10:10). Every murmurer remains a struggler.

Beloved, appreciate God for where you are today, and He will be committed to taking you to where you are meant to be.

Remember this: Murmuring sustains struggling; it brings destruction.

ASSIGNMENT (S):

Review your vision for the year; ensure those visions are not all about you.
Make your mind to impact your generation for God.
Take out time to express your gratitude to God for what He has done for you and make thanksgiving a lifestyle.

PRAYER: O Lord, I am grateful for how far You have brought me. I am not where I used to be by Your help Lord, and I know You are taking me higher in life. Thank You Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
